Crudities - Baby Carrots, celery sticks, broccoli flowerets, bread sticks, served on a tray with a Yogurt Spinach dip.
Fruit & Cheese Platter - Fresh grapes, apples, pears, cheddar, pepper jack, and havarti cheeses served on a tray with a cracker assortment. 

Cheese Twists - Home made puff pastry twisted up with melted butter Parmesan cheese, then baked until golden. 
Roulades - Mountain Flatbread rolled up with the following, sliced and served:
Chevre' (soft goat cheese), and homemade sweet red pepper jam
Herbed jack cheese spread and baby spinach leaves.
Chicken Salad Cups  -  Individual shells of phyllo pastry filled with Chicken Salad
Fresh Pesto Bruschetta  -  Toasted slices of fresh baguette topped with home made basil pesto (with walnuts), chopped tomatoes and provolone cheese, then broiled.
Cocktail Bouchees - Pastry puffs filled with General Glover's Cheese, a garlic Cheddar mixture
Lemon Loaf Cake  -  a lemon pound cake soaked in fresh sweetened lemon juice
Heath Toffee Cake - a rich butter cake layered with Heath Bar Toffee pieces baked in.
Peach Crumb Gallettes - Flaky Pastry wrapped around sliced peaches and topped with a sweet buttery crumb topping.  Each is cut into 6 pieces.
Grasshopper Bars, fudge brownie, peppermint icing and dark chocolate
Fresh Strawberries dipped in dark and white chocolate.
Spiced Pineapple Fizz  -  A punch of steeped tea and spices, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and gingerale

Hors D'Ouvres
Spanokopeta  -  Greek Spinach Pie, phyllo pastry filled with spinach, herbs, and feta cheese.
Cocktail Bouchees  -  Pastry puffs filled with General Glover's Cheese, a garlic Cheddar mixture

Entrees:
Chicken Saltimbocca  -  Boneless chicken breast pieces, butterflied, then rolled around Proscuitto, tomato, sage leaves, and Provolone, breaded and baked.  Served with Warm Broken Tomato Vinaigrette
Herbed Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Reduction  -  Pork tenderloin rubbed with fresh herbs and garlic, wrapped in bacon then roasted, sliced and served with a sweet and sour Balsamic Reduction Glaze.
Chanitilly Potatoes  -  Seasoned Mashed Potatoes layered with sour cream and cheddar cheese, then baked.
Wild Rice Pilaf  -  Wild rice, brown rice and toasted orzo, cooked in vegetable broth, then seasoned with green onions and herbs.
Dessert:
Tangy Lemon Cake, Fresh Lemon Ice Cream, and Blackberry Coulis
